29th Annual Elijah Pitts Golf Tournament

Philander Smith University is pleased to announce the 29th Annual Elijah Pitts Memorial Golf Tournament. This year’s tournament will take place on May 6, 2024 at the Chenal Country Club!

Named in honor of former Green Bay Packer, NFL Champion and Philander Smith University alum Elijah Pitts, this annual tournament raises money for athletic scholarships in support of Philander’s mission to created academically accomplished students, grounded as advocates for social justice, determined to change the world for the better.

We would like to invite you to join us as a participant and/or Sponsor. Your support will not only help us to continue the legacy of Elijah Pitts, but will also further support our goal of training and educating future leaders by providing a unique academic foundation preparing them for professional success.
